Liam Neufeld

Born and raised in St. Catharines, Liam Neufeld has deep local roots and a lifelong connection to the Niagara Region. He and team leader Harrison Stewart have been friends since high school, a relationship built on trust and shared values that continues to shape their work together today.

With a strong background in construction, Liam grew up learning the trade from his father, a carpenter for the Hamilton School Board, while his mother built a successful 30+ year career with Scotia Bank. This balance of hands-on craftsmanship and financial insight gave him a unique perspective on real estate from an early age.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor, Liam worked with multiple home builders in Niagara, gaining in-depth knowledge of new home construction, Tarion Warranty processes, and buyer protection standards. He also spent several years working for a leak detection company, building valuable expertise in pools, plumbing repairs, and cost evaluation.

A dedicated athlete, Liam played AAA hockey and Junior A lacrosse throughout his youth, experiences that taught him teamwork, discipline, and commitment. Today, he passes that passion on by coaching both hockey and lacrosse, helping young athletes develop skills on and off the field.

Liam combines his construction expertise, industry knowledge, and competitive drive to deliver exceptional service to his clients, whether buying, selling, or building their dream home.
