Licensed since 2013, Harrison Stewart brings over a decade of experience and deep roots in the Niagara Region to every client relationship. Born and raised locally, he grew up working in his family’s business, Avondale, where he developed an early understanding of commercial real estate and the value of strong community connections. With a family background rooted in knowing the community and building lasting relationships, Harrison continues that tradition today through his annual fundraising for Alzheimer’s Niagara, supporting those living with dementia and their families.
Harrison has experience with a wide range of properties including detached homes, apartments, condominiums, waterfront properties, and cottages. He also has a strong history in commercial real estate, from leasing, to buying, to evaluating investment opportunities. His approach focuses on creating a smooth, well-planned, and calm experience for both buyers and sellers, no matter the market conditions. Having navigated many different real estate cycles, he draws on his insight to guide clients with clarity and confidence.
He began his career with Coldwell Banker Momentum, where the first home he sold was just $112,000, a reminder of how much the market has changed. During his eight years there, he earned multiple sales awards before moving to Realty Network. As a team leader, he mentors and supports the agents within his group, fostering a culture of collaboration and professionalism. He and fellow team member Liam Neufeld met in high school and have remained close friends ever since, a testament to the long-standing relationships and trust that shape his approach to real estate.
Known for his approachable style and results-driven focus, Harrison takes pride in delivering exceptional service from the first meeting to closing day. Outside of work, he has a lifelong passion for sports and is an active member of the historic Garden City Hunt Club in Parry Sound, established in 1912. Whether in the office, on the field, or in the field, his dedication, focus, and competitive spirit remain the same.
